Hi-Tech Fibre Glass Mats can be used in both Hand Lay-Up and Machine Moulding. They are being used by a large number of reputed manufacturers all over the World. A few applications are indicated below:-

For Pultrusion we can supply our mats Slit to various widths from 100 mm onwards.
PULTRUDED PROFILES  
Hi-Tech Mats give good cost economy when compared to CFM and other speciality Mats used in RTM.
RTM PARTS  
   
Hi-Tech Mats, specially combination and higher GSM are found to give good results in Boat Building/large and higher thickness mouldings.
BOAT BUILDING  
   
Hi-Tech Mats have excellent uniformity of GSM and are being used by a number of Helmet, Laminate and press parts Manufacturers.
PRESS MOULDING  
   
Hi-Tech Chop Strands are regularly used for manufacturing Glass Reinforced Plastics.
CHOP STRANDS (GRP)  
   
Lower GSM Chop Strands Mats i.e. 150, 200 GSM are used in large quantities for Reinforcing Moulded Car Interiors, Marble Slabs Lining / Back up etc.
CAR INTERIOR  
   
Stitch Bonded Combination Mat (Woven Rovings + Chop Strands) is used in large quantities for manufacture of Electric Poles and other Centrifugal Moulded Pipes.
